Make sure you have permission to modify every image you edit. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable laws, contracts, platform rules and required disclosures.
Service quality
The service depends on availability. Processing can alter pixels and metadata or fail. We offer no guarantee of removal, detector outcomes, availability, fitness or exact preservation.
Image charges
For paid uploads, completion uses 1 credit per image for 1–4 images and 0.5 credit per image for qualifying groups of 5–20. To begin at half a credit each, at least 5 images need successful uploads, valid files and reserved credits. No processing takes place below that minimum and all held credits become available again; another upload can be submitted under the applicable terms. The credits used per completed image stay fixed after qualification, even when other images fail or are canceled. Completed images with quality warnings still use their agreed credits, whereas failed or canceled incomplete work uses zero credits. The download window is one hour, with no return of credits when a completed result expires or is deleted. Below 1 available credit, website use may draw on the limited free allowance; API processing has no free allowance and needs credits. An upload accepted under past terms keeps its stored credit amount.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are charged in USD and displayed as image credits for use on ChatGPTWatermarks.com.
Credit purchases can use a pack or a custom payment, subject to the shown minimum and the provider's limits. Accounts have no site-set balance ceiling, subscription or automatic refill. Purchased credits are usable solely for image processing, without cash withdrawal or transfer to other accounts. Purchasing credits does not ensure that processing is immediately or indefinitely available. Tax, when applicable, is displayed before payment and does not add image credits. Contact support@chatgptwatermarks.com about processing or billing concerns; we may offer refunds, credits or other appropriate compensation, with no automatic refund entitlement. Refunds approved by us go back to the original payment method; if we shut down the service, unused paid funds are refunded. A bank may take additional time to finish returning the payment. Nothing in these terms restricts your consumer rights.
Promotional balance
The bonus offered before checkout is saved for the purchase, including qualifying custom amounts; tax does not affect bonus qualification. An offer ending does not remove bonus credits, which have no cash value or expiry and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Processing draws first on purchased credits and then on the oldest remaining bonus credits. The original bonus is reversed in proportion to approved refunds or disputes, cumulatively rounded in the payment currency; already-used reversed credit reduces the paid amount available for refund. A successful dispute restores the credit due after accounting for other refunds. Older purchases remain without retrospective bonuses.
Feedback credit offer
Feedback offers add 6 extra credits to Standard or 15 to Maximum: 61 or 155 total credits at normal prices. Saved checkouts keep their quoted amount. Starter purchases and custom sums are ineligible. The offer is limited to one per email across sites, expires seven days after the first send attempt and belongs to the issuing site. Checkout reserves it through payment confirmation or unpaid closure. No response is needed, and an issued offer survives email withdrawal. Added credits follow confirmed payment and the promotional refund rules stated above.
Provider responsibilities
You must not claim human authorship for a processed or not-detected file solely from an absent signal. Infrastructure providers, OpenAI or Google may handle feature-related data subject to their own separate terms.
Protection and contact
