Does processing guarantee SynthID removal?
Starting in September 2026, I tested 70 images from ChatGPT and Gemini: all 70 (100%) showed no SynthID after processing in their respective OpenAI and Google checkers. Other results may retain detectable signals; a download is not evidence of human authorship.

What am I paying for when an image is processed?
Careful image processing takes both development work and substantial computing power; I've put a lot of time into retaining text and faces. Measured compute costs average approximately US$0.10–$0.20 per finished image, rather than a fixed cost for every upload. I hope greater usage and ongoing improvements will let me reduce prices.
Must I register before uploading?
Free uploads work without an account. Register or sign in to add balance for further processing.
What are the supported image types and limits?
Supported images are JPEG, PNG and WebP, with limits of 15 MB and 20 megapixels each and no animation.
Can I process images from ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI platforms?
Options from OpenAI: ChatGPT Image Generation (ChatGPT Images / GPT Image), OpenAI API Image Generation, and Codex Image Generation.
Options from Google models: Gemini / Nano Banana, Gemini 2.5 Flash Image, Gemini 3 Pro Image (Nano Banana Pro), Gemini 3.1 Flash Image (Nano Banana 2), Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite Image (Nano Banana 2 Lite), Imagen 2, Imagen 3, and Imagen 4.
Options from Google applications: Google AI Studio, Vertex AI Imagen, Google ImageFX, Google Whisk, and Google Photos Reimagine.
Options from other platforms: NVIDIA Cosmos3 Nano, Apple Image Playground / Apple Intelligence (SynthID support announced for a future update), and Kakao Kanana (SynthID availability varies by image feature).
Success in removing SynthID varies with the model and image file. We also remove embedded metadata such as C2PA from supported files, including DALL·E images. Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP image for your upload.
Will my processed image look identical to the source?
Pixel changes mean the result will not necessarily match the original. Valid images that miss quality or text targets are delivered with a warning. Files that are invalid or incomplete are never offered as results.
How long does image storage last?
Processing completion or failure triggers input deletion. Outputs that succeed remain available for up to an hour, backed by a final 24-hour storage deletion rule.
Can this tool erase any visible mark?
Recognized AI-generation marks are supported from Gemini, ByteDance Doubao, Jimeng, Alibaba Qwen, Kling AI, Tencent Yuanbao, Samsung Galaxy AI, RunningHub, Baidu, and LiblibAI. Processing may reduce or remove those marks, while general logos, signatures and rights-holder watermarks are excluded.
